The Data Management Division is under the general supervision of Chris Coleman who is the Access Control Manager and he reports directly to the Chief of Police.

This division of the UT Police provides several distinct services: To the campus community the division issues, collects and maintains the Health Science Center's metal keys and ID badges as well as handle Alarms and Access Control through magnetic card readers located throughout all campuses. Additionally, division personnel perform all Background, Driver's License and Sanction Checks. Within the Police Department this division provides computer support.

Hours of operation: Monday thru Friday 7:45 am to 5:15 pm

Location: The Key/ID Badge Office is located next to the Bookstore (below Parking Garage B) on the Main Campus.
