FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
  • Question: How many zones can I request when I sign up for the waitlist?
  • Answer: You can only request one zone at a time.
  • Question: How long is the wait?
  • Answer: That is impossible to predict.  It depends on attrition, number of names before yours, and which zone you request, reserved or non-reserved.  If you call us at 210-562-PARK(7275) or email us at parking@uthscsa.edu we will check your current spot on the list.
  • Question: Do I have to get on a waitlist to move down in Zones (i.e. Zone 3 to Zone 4)?
  • Answer: Yes, even though you would be moving down in Zones, there are still people on that waitlist who have been waiting for a permit in that zone.  We want to be fair to everyone.
