Corporal Van Horn develops and maintains an active recruitment program to attract applicants for actual and forecasted vacancies with the department. She handles all applicant processing procedures for Police Cadets, Police Officers, Noncommissioned Officers, Police Communication Officers, Parking Controllers and Administrative Personnel.
