The UT Police Silent Witness Program allows individuals that have witnessed a crime to remain anonymous. Please fill out the form below in its entirety and include as much information as is known to you. Please note: information must be entered in the details and crimes sections. If you don’t know the name of the perpetrator in question, enter ‘none’ in the suspect section. If any of the first three blocks are left blank, this form will not be delivered.
